About ThermoMutDB 2.0
ThermoMutDB 2.0 represents a significant update to the protein thermodynamic stability database, designed to overcome the limitations of manual curation. This new version introduces a modernized infrastructure and a semi-automated curation ecosystem that utilizes NLP and LLM-based classifiers to identify candidate publications, which then undergo rigorous human verification to ensure high data quality.
